What you'll work on
- Banners for paid adds
You’ll design engaging ads by working closely with art director, copywriter, and managers from the Performance and Growth teams.
- Research, tests, and experiments
You’ll collaborate with the team to generate hypotheses and develop design solutions for testing new bold creative approaches.
You’re our perfect match if you
- Have 3+ years of experience and solid portfolio with real projects
Your portfolio includes at least 3 relevant projects in advertisement.
- Have strong graphic design skills
You value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Have basic Motion Design skills
You can use simple animation to grab attention.
- Implement AI tools in your daily work
You create realistic, high-quality visuals or animations that elevate your designs—quickly, without losing a whole day.
- Have understanding of CJMs and UX/UI
You can analyze the student journey—from ads and events to booking a call on the website—and identify areas for improvement on the ads side.
- Can communicate in English
A B2 level with basic fluency (the higher the better).
What we can offer you

15-20 hours per week.
