❗ 🔒 Attention: Shared Google Account Owners (e.g., [email protected], [email protected], etc.) must set up 2-Step Verification (2-SV) using the How to turn on 2-Step Verification guide before granting access to team members.

1. Turn off syncing your account with current device after setting up Google Authenticator.

1. Click on the burger menu in the top-left corner of the screen.

1. Choose the "Transfer accounts" option.

1. Proceed to the next step.

1. Select the preferred shared account email and click "Export".

1. Capture a screenshot of the QR code and share it with teammates requiring access to this email. Then, click "Next".

1. ❗❗❗  Important: Choose "Keep all exported accounts" to retain the code for authentication on your device.
