What are the job requirements?
- Ability to work ~ from 12:00 until 16:00Â ANDÂ from 20:00 until 00:00 (CET) + twice a week also regular meetings at 5/6 pm (CET)
- You’re fluent in English - our students are Americans, many of our team members are natives, so it’s necessary to speak fluently.
- You’re a fast learner - we conduct a lot of experiments, often change our processes, it’s ok not to know something but it’s necessary to learn and adapt fast.
- You’re careful with numbers and analytics (Excel, Notion, Miro) - a success manager calculates some statistics and collects certain data manually. It requires patience and attention to numbers.
- You love helping and caring about people - our success managers are always there to help our students, check up on their motivation and ask for their feedback.
- You are proactive.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Communication
- Check up on each student in direct messages;
- Hold interviews with students: feedback sessions about the program, interviews before a student takes a break or leaves the program;
- Build and develop the community of students on Discord.
Events
- Organize and hold events - onboarding, graduation, live meetings with tutors and other speakers.
Dashboards
- Update information about academic breaks, expulsions;
- Calculate statistics about students’ progress, create and help testing hypotheses about improving the learning process.
